Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

Wrong Item Received? No problem! Simply email us at info@bestpetuk.co.uk, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label to send the item back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, we’ll issue a full refund.

Changed Your Mind? You can return the item in its original condition (unused and undamaged) for a refund. Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

For all returns, please include your order number and contact details for a smooth process. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.
